Ibises and Spoonbills are long-legged waders like herons but with specialized bills. Ibises have a slender downcurved bill. Spoonbills have a straight wide bill that is flattened at the tip like a spatula. Gregarious. They fly with fast wingbeats in V's or lines and, unlike herons, with necks held straight out.
