Streaked Shearwater

48 cm (19") Wings 122 cm (48") Open Pacific Ocean. Casual visitor from Asia seen off coast of California in the fall especially off Monterey Bay. Looks similar to white phase of Northern Fulmar but it has a finely streaked head and pink feet.
