Zenaida Dove

25 cm (10") Accidental on Florida Keys and Florida from West Indies. Mangroves.

Ground feeder. Similar to Mourning Dove but in flight it shows more rounded gray-edged tail and a white trailing edge on wings. Shy.

Song: like Mourning Dove's but faster and shorter coos.
