10-13 cm (4-5") Uncommon. Breeds mostly in Canada east of British Columbia. Coniferous forests, second growth along streams and lakes.
Gray crown; olive back. Variably yellow and white below with brightest yellow on throat and breast. Eyebrow stripe. Dark line through eye. No wing bars.
Song: like Red-eyed Vireo's but higher pitched and slower; long pauses between phrases "See me? Here-I-am! Up-here. See-me?".
