Yellow-throated Warbler

Dendroica dominica

14 cm (5-6") Fairly common in eastern United States. Casual into eastern Canada. Usually high in oak, pine, sycamore or cyprus trees.

Plain gray upperparts. Yellow throat. White belly. Black and white face.

Song: loud and clear "tee-ew, tew, tew, tew, tew, tew wi".
